After a year and a half of releasing covers, I’m so excited to be releasing new original music in 2022!
I signed a publishing deal in March which has filled my time with even more songwriting than before. It's been so fun to meet more writers, explore sounds for different projects, and just get better at my craft.
In July I started to listen back through songs that I wrote (mostly during 2020), and there were 5 songs in particular that felt really special... so I'll begin releasing these songs in February!!! I can't wait to share them with you.
I'll have a lot more to share about these songs in the coming months, but I also wanted to highlight another beautiful thing from last year that I got to be a part of.
During the quarantine period of 2020, some good friends and I wrote and recorded a group of songs all from our own homes.
That music is now released as an EP under the appropriate name, Livingrooms, which you can listen to on Spotify or any other streaming platform. It's always fun collaborating with friends, and this project was a special way to do that during an isolated time.
